Special Orders take 4-6 weeks. There are NO returns on special orders.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday 10am-6pm
All domestic shipments are shipped via Fed Ex or USPS and are insured. They will require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise requested
Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Royal Nomad takes pride in being inclusive with all their buyers. Giving our clients the
opportunity to purchase 14K gold or gold fill. Many pieces contain enamel and/or semi precious and precious stones.

For gold filled items, keep your jewelry dry and away from humidity. This includes salt water, chlorine, water, and sweat. After wear, gently remove makeup and oils from your item with a soft cloth to keep in good condition.

For enamel items, keep pieces away from intense heat or cold as it can melt or crack the
enamel. Also treat your enamel as you would with clothing light colored enamel is especially prone for color transfer(IE self tanner, makeup, etc.) Avoid enamel contact with oils, dyes and alcohol based products.
