Returns:

You may return item(s) any time within ten(10) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. The tag must still be on the item(s) for return to be accepted.  We will refund the price of the goods in full and will reimburse you for the delivery costs you paid except where multiple items have been ordered and not all of them are being returned.  If a refund is payable to you, we will process the refund as soon as possible. All financial institutions vary on refunding your account and can take anywhere from 5-10 business days.

To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing. If approved, you will receive an email with a Return Authorization number and detailed instructions stating how goods must be returned. Do not return items until you have received a Return Authorization number. Any and all merchandise returned to Royal Nomad Jewelry without authorization will be returned to sender upon receipt. Please allow up to 5 business days to process exchanges. You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible, intact and in their original packaging, and at your own cost and risk. We require all items being shipped to us to be insured covering the full value of the item(s). Items must be returned with Royal Nomad original packaging and in brand new unused condition.  Items that are returned for exchange that appear damaged or worn will not be accepted for exchange and will be send back to the customer.

All Royal Nomad Jewelry custom orders and sale pieces are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

All purchases made on www.royalnomadjewelry.com (Excluding item(s) marked on sale or purchased with a store credit) are eligible for exchange for store credit only within 10 days of receiving your order.  If your exchange is of lesser value, your balance will remain in store credit.  Store credit usage is valid for 1 year.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges. For all returns and exchanges, please email [email protected].

Repairs:

For all repair inquiries, please contact [email protected] with your contact info, proof of purchase, photo of damaged item, and a description of the repair type you are requesting. 

If your jewelry was purchased within 6 months you may be eligible for a free repair. This will be addressed once our team reviews your damaged item. For all repair inquiries not within the 6 month mark are not eligible for a free repair, (IE stained or handled without care) our team will discuss with you the options/pricing regarding your repair.  

Return Shipping:

All shipping charges are non-refundable.  For any return shipping labels provided by Royal Nomad, there will be a charge of $10.  If you choose to ship your return using your own shipping label, it is recommended to include a tracking number and insurance of items entire value on package.  Royal Nomad is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages in an event you choose to ship with your own label.  

Domestic Shipping of Sold Items:

All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday 10am-6pm

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship the following week

All domestic shipments are shipped via USPS and are insured. They will require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise requested

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Care Info: 

Royal Nomad takes pride in being inclusive with all their buyers. Giving our clients the opportunity to purchase 14K gold or gold fill. Many pieces contain enamel and/or semi precious and precious stones. 

For gold filled items, keep your jewelry dry and away from humidity. This includes salt water, chlorine, water, and sweat. After wear, gently remove makeup and oils from your item with a soft cloth to keep in good condition. 

For enamel items, keep pieces away from intense heat or cold as it can melt or crack the enamel. Also treat your enamel as you would with clothing light colored enamel is especially prone for color transfer(IE self tanner, makeup, etc.) Avoid enamel contact with oils, dyes and alcohol based products.
